Saints’T-20 Cricket Tournament
(BANSAL reach semifinal after defeating LNCT)
In
the Inter College Cricket Tournament two matches were played today. In the
first match BANSAL defeated LNCT and second match RGPM defeated CRESCENT. In
the first match LNCT batting first could score only 57 runs against very tight
and accurate bowling of BANSAL. Abhishek with 13 runs and Anshul 14 runs could
only reach double figures. Pratap of BANSAL was the highest wicket taker taking
3 wickets. In return BANSAL scored the
desired runs by just loosing 1 wicket. Pushpendra of BANSAL was declared Player
of the match scoring 36 runs.
In
the second match played between RGPM and CRESCENT, CRESCENT playing first could
score only 106 runs. Gaurav scored 24 runs and Ajeet 23 runs. Subur of RGPM
took 3 wickets while Akash had 2 wickets to his credit. RGPM batting second
were able to score 106 runs in just 16 overs with Subur being highest scorer
scoring 35 runs. Subur was declared
player of the match.

Sajid , Proprietor Zara’s Fast Food, Chief
Guest handed over the trophies to the player of the match Subur of RGPM and Pushpendra
of BANSAL. On this occasion Dr Zafar Mehdi Director, A.H. Saify Principal, Dr.
Ahmed Ali Khan Dean Academics and G.K. Bammi Head Training & Placement were
present.
