3-day Main Grand stand ticket to cost Rs 15,000, Race day ticket Rs 10,000 


2 August 2013, Greater Noida: Jaypee Sports International Limited (JPSI) has announced the commencement of sale of tickets from tomorrow for the third edition of Formula 1 Airtel Indian Grand Prix which will be held at Buddh International Circuit on 25, 26 and 27 October this year.


JPSI – the organizer and promoter of Formula 1 in India – has launched the Sunday tickets simultaneously with the season tickets. A three-day Indian GP race ticket for Natural & Picnic Stand has been priced at Rs 2000, whereas a Main Grand Stand ticket for the race weekend is for Rs 15000 (Upper-Tier) and a Sunday ticket for MGS Upper-Tier can be purchased for Rs 10,000.


Mr Sameer Gaur, MD & CEO, JPSI, said, “Formula 1 lovers now have every reason to cheer as single day race tickets have been launched together with the season tickets in order to draw more and more number of spectators for the race day. With one of the cheapest tickets available on the F1 calendar, we hope to put up another memorable racing weekend at BIC in October.”
