Mumbai, 25 October 2013: This Diwali High Street Phoenix, the
premier destination centre located at Lower Parel, is inviting you to their music themed annual property “Dazzling
Diwali”. Spread over 12 days, from 25th
October to 5th November, you can take part in a host of music, dance and art themed workshops along with a plethora of fun games, competitions and activities. The highlight of “Musical Diwali” would be
the belly dancing workshop by Veve Dance Academy which is affiliated
with the Egyptian Embassy and has
been running classes in India since 2006. If you believe your hips don’t lie
then 2nd November you must shimmy to Raqs Sharqi, Tribal & Folk belly dance, along with dancing on live Darbouka.
If footwork and acrobatics is more up your
alley then attend the B-Boying workshop
on 3rd November by the
talented group Freak n’Stylz. One of
the most exciting things this Musical Dazzling Diwali would be to learn how to make musical instruments out of waste
materials, happening on 26th
October. The same day you can break into a sweat by attending a Zumba workshop hosted by none other than
master professional Sucheta Pal. There
will also be workshops to learn how to play the guitar and the keyboard,
accompanied by classes on learning to make
Diwali rangolis, cards, torals and diyas. Are you the competitive one? Then
don’t forget to participate in the Mandala
coloring, paper collage making, drawing and coloring competitions to bag
some cool prizes this festive season.

songs, passing the parcel, song Pictionary and music quizzes, for 12 days you can play
