Mumbai, July 2012: Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd (MTWL), a
part of the US $ 15.4 billion Mahindra Group, continued to build its presence
in the two wheeler segment.
The recently launched, `ROMBA SOLID’
Duro DZ has been witnessing consistent growth. It sold 24,618 units this
quarter. That’s a 14% growth over last quarter when Duro DZ sold 21,547 units.
Overall, the company’s cumulative
scooter sales from April to June 2012 stood at 30,488 units. Sales in June 2012
were 11,201 units.
Now, the company is launching yet
another scooter - the powerful, stylish, fully loaded Rodeo RZ this month. The
eagerly awaited Rodeo RZ received rave reviews from auto experts all across the
country. They seem thrilled by the performance and the unique, modern features
on this new scooter.
